AYAM HAPPY INDONESIAN STREET FOOD
Shuffle have teamed up with Indonesian extraordinaires Ayam Happy to create the only (and best) Indonesian restaurant in East London. Look forward to dining with views of the dense jungle-like surrounds of the park and participate in the ongoing restoration of The Lodge in this urban oasis. Chef Isadora Tan will cook up an authentic Indonesian three-course feast thick with the incense of this year's Shuffle theme, 'Gods And Idols And Light', with Tan's homemade and blasphemous OMFG sauce (It's hot!).

HIVER HONEY BEER Hiver sources raw honey from independent British beekeepers. Beekeepers say that good quality honey should not be pasteurised, the same way that brewers talk about good quality beer. The fact that bees forage in a three mile radius to the hive, means that the three honeys we source for Hiver are as varied and unique as the malted barley and hops that were picked during the recipe development stage.
