Accessibility & Assistance
Tower Hamlets Cemetery Park is step free. Please note paths can be uneven and film screenings will take place on the grass. We do not provide seating so please bring your own. Carers can apply for free tickets when assisting another person. If you have any questions about accessibility or carers tickets please email email@example.com.
Shuffle welcomes visitors of all ages. Patrons over 16 years old who want to attend ticketed events must purchase a ticket through Shuffle Festival. Under 16s are free and must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Under 16s will not be permitted to events after 8pm. Family events are free unless otherwise stated.
Some events have a maximum capacity and therefore visitors will be admitted on a first-come-first-serve basis.
We have a zero-tolerance policy on illegal drugs. If you are found with drugs in your possession festival staff will contact the police immediately.
A variety of food will be available during the festival. We operate a 'Challenge 25' policy on alcohol so please bring ID with you. The Friends of Tower Hamlets Cemetery Park ask that you do not bring your own alcohol into the park. It is free to visit the Shuffle Bars.
Health and Safety
Please take care of yourself when in the park. Stick to lit pathways and you won’t get lost! Any incidents should be reported to Shuffle security.
If you are a lost child, or you have found a lost child, please speak to the nearest steward or security and they will be able to help.
We are offering concession tickets to E3 residents. These tickets are valid alongside official proof of address. Please bring your ticket print-out with either a driving licence, passport or utility bill.
If you have any questions, queries or complaints, please contact us via this form and we'll get back in touch!
Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on ticket purchases. If we have to cancel or reschedule part of the programme we will be happy to provide a full refund or tickets to an alternative event.
Please bring your own seating or a rug to sit on during a film screening
Entry to the site is free of charge. Ticket-holders can gain entry to all ticketed events [walks, talks, films, music, exhibitions] which take place on the day their ticket is valid for. Tickets can be purchased online here or at the box office on the day of the event.
